Our return policy is only applicable for defective and damaged item.
We do not provide refunds. You can only change for another product or products which cost the same or higher within 7 days of receiving the goods provided it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented condition with all tags attached. if there are any price differences, you have to top up the difference.
Buyer will bear the cost of deliveries, return and taxes if imposed. Any product that you want to change for is subject to availability. You must contact us within 3 days of order receipt, and return your unwanted items within 7 days of receiving your products.
No return and no refund will be provided for all sale items.
